Underage drinking or drug use and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
