Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and confetti, glitter, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately without a refund for any unused nights. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $300 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30.
