All they care about is money

Fees for everything. Will not care or work with you if you goy laid off unexpectedly. Horrible staff and rental company. Do not rent.

This property is excellent

From the time I asked for information, to the time I was contacted Ashleye and Robyn made the process move very smoothly and professionally. All of my questions were always answered. I love living here and have even suggested it to friends and co-workers so far one co-worker took me up on the suggestion and also lives here now. If your looking for a no-nonsense, easy living, quite, no frills place to live, come here you will love it if your looking for the Ritz yeah keep looking but this is a... great quality for the price. They take care of you and everyone is friendly. Maintenance is great too Jon gets things done in a timely manner.

Fantastic

First day I met management robin she was awesome super friendly and definitely made me feel at home in the community. Maintenance is really quick and fixing things and management is great if you are not home and you rather be home when something gets fixed they r great about scheduling that for you and understanding. Honestly I loved living here unfortunately I had to move bc of job transfer would have definitely stayed longer. The community is super quiet, you also don’t hear your neighbors.... Washington township cops and fire department are literally just down the street from us. Lots of parking,attic storage was great and great location. Again management was fantastic.
