Current At The Banks

Current Resident here, no pun intended. These apartments are great, not perfect but still an amazing option. I would recommend any young professional fairly fresh out in the work field these are a great option. Now the negatives are, traffic its rough but I moved from Chicago so its not that bad. The appliances are fairly dated. It’s a busy spot for weekend and game days but that also a positive too. I would heavily recommend these to people wanting to have a city living experience.

I work downtown and am a huge sports fan, so this has been the perfect place for me to live. Being able to walk to Reds and Bengals games, Cyclones games, concerts, and other downtown events is a huge perk. I also love how easy it is to hop on the streetcar and head to OTR.

The amenities are great, and having parking attached to the building makes everyday life incredibly convenient. If you enjoy hosting friends and family, this is also an ideal place to live, with plenty to do nearby and great... spaces to gather.

Another thing I've appreciated is how easy it is to submit maintenance requests through the resident app. The maintenance team is responsive and typically addresses requests the same day or by the next day, depending on when the request is submitted. Read More

Everyone here has been so nice to us since before our move in day. Other residents are great and so friendly, easy to find community here!

Let's start out, if you work in downtown, it's convenient. But you pay the downtown price + parking, it adds up. Not to mention, The Banks is certainly becoming a hit or miss area.

For living here, I've been here about a year and a half now, but won't be renewing when that time comes. Maybe the property could be better with a new regime. Unfortunately as it stands now, getting maintenance to actually come out and be attentive to fixing an issue is underwhelming. I think I had a request sitting... for 2+ weeks before anyone even reached out to me about it. Not shocking when you can't even get a response from the management team. I don't know who is the point person, but I've met a Keith and a Jessica. Both are a joke to get to respond to an email or answer a phone call. I guess if you never have any issues or need maintenance, the property is fine, but if you do, good luck. There are plenty of options around Cincinnati, I wouldn't settle for a staff that doesn't make their tenants who pay good money a priority. Read More

The maintenance is awesome and super quick to respond. All staff are super nice. Just not really worth the price especially when you factor in the parking situation/prices.
