Could be decent
Let's start out, if you work in downtown, it's convenient. But you pay the downtown price + parking, it adds up. Not to mention, The Banks is certainly becoming a hit or miss area.
For living here, I've been here about a year and a half now, but won't be renewing when that time comes. Maybe the property could be better with a new regime. Unfortunately as it stands now, getting maintenance to actually come out and be attentive to fixing an issue is underwhelming. I think I had a request sitting... for 2+ weeks before anyone even reached out to me about it. Not shocking when you can't even get a response from the management team. I don't know who is the point person, but I've met a Keith and a Jessica. Both are a joke to get to respond to an email or answer a phone call. I guess if you never have any issues or need maintenance, the property is fine, but if you do, good luck. There are plenty of options around Cincinnati, I wouldn't settle for a staff that doesn't make their tenants who pay good money a priority.
