Guests have access to a brand new gym, commercial laundry space, and a dog wash on the lower level of the building. There is an option for paid parking in a lot across the street from the building for $25/day per car, with a maximum of 2 cars. Stays exceeding 7 days will incur an additional charge. The lot is not covered, and the gate may remain open at times.

Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes past check-out. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay, with additional fees for more dogs. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and possible reservation cancellation. No cats are allowed, and pets are not permitted on furniture. Weapons are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank for the grill, with reimbursement available upon receipt submission.
