This home boasts spacious rooms and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The entire duplex is included, with Unit 1 featuring 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor, and Unit 2 offering a bedroom and half bath on the first floor, plus a bedroom and full bath on the second. An additional sleeping space is available via a futon in the office, which is located off of the bathroom but has a separating door.
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave, as well as on the street.

This home is over 100 years old and, despite updates, retains some of its original characteristics. Laundry facilities are located in the basement, which is accessible to both units. There is some traffic noise from Rocky River Drive; sound machines are provided in each bedroom. Some bedrooms may not have complete blackout curtains, so guests sensitive to light may wish to bring eye masks or ear plugs. The basement may have a slight "wet" smell during rainy periods, managed by dehumidifiers; the area is clean, tidy, and mold-free. No parties are allowed, and any violation will result in termination of the reservation without refund and potential additional cleaning and damage fees. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking, drug use, unauthorized guests, and confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors.
