Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and any violation will incur a $500 fine. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. For your safety and the security of the property, please lock all doors when leaving the home, even for short outings. Before checking out, please set the thermostat to a normal range: 70–75°F for A/C in warmer months or 67–69°F for heat in colder months. Use caution on the basement stairs, and please use the handrail at all times for your safety. Please use the provided remotes and do not adjust wiring or unplug devices. Please do not move, shift, or adjust furniture in the rooms. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the apartment clean.
