The living room has a sofa bed and chair, a 4K 58" HDR smart TV, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom has a king-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, reading lamps, and a 43" smart TV. The bathroom has a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries.
Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1 - 7 nights = $20 per pet per night, 8 - 29 nights = $200 flat rate, 30 nights or more = $300 flat rate. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed.

If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in our units (it does not record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys: $500. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee, no exceptions. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times.
