Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the grill and will be reimbursed for the receipt, or should bring their own charcoal for charcoal grills. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
