Awful
Do not live here. Maintenance is awful and not communicative, nobody cares about you or the problems in your apartment. Awful customer service and gross bugs, gross pipes.

My husband and I were initially thrilled about moving into this apartment complex. However, our enthusiasm quickly diminished after just three weeks of residency due to persistent maintenance issues. In the past two days, we have been grappling with a partial power outage, affecting the elevators, security gates, security doors, and hallways. The electric water heater failure has left us without hot water for two consecutive days, necessitating the use of literal ice baths for hygiene.
Despite... receiving two misleading emails from management assuring a resolution by the end of the day, our apartment still experiences a partial power outage, with no hot water in sight as I write this at 9 pm. Attempts to reach out via email and phone calls to the provided numbers have been met with ignorance, including being hung up on or directed to voicemail, leaving us without any answers.
While the apartment space is appealing and conveniently located near downtown restaurants, the ongoing issues have become increasingly frustrating. This situation has reached a point where legal action may be necessary, reflecting our deep disappointment with the current state of affairs.

Hard to find any faults with this place- Have lived here for a few months and the staff is super helpful, with any issues been addressed within a couple days- Very quiet with well-insulated walls so I don't hear the neighbors- Great location and literally a 1-2 minute walk to a grocery store and multiple restaurants/bars- Exposed pillars add character and pay homage to the original structure- My guests are always impressed-
Highly recommended

I walked in The Archer on a Tuesday afternoon looking for a place to rent ASAP. I had an appointment the next day in which Amanda showed me several places. After having invested so much money in renovations, the building looked incredible. The "Welcome Home" sign in the leasing office was spot on- I knew this was my next home. Amanda worked with the property manager, Amber, to get me moved in by Saturday- yes 3 days later. The application process was smooth and easy too. I can't say enough... good things about the staff, the building, or the location. I never thought I would live downtown, but I could not be happier. If you're looking for the excitement of downtown living, white glove service, and a spot that is convenient to get to (even on days where there are multiple events going on) make sure to visit The Archer- you'll be impressed from the moment you walk in the door.
