An absolute 10/10 stay for NASA/Military transplants in Cleveland

I lived at The Centaur from May 2025 to May 2026 while working at NASA. As a former active-duty military member who has traveled the world, I can confidently say that Dawn is literally the best building manager I have ever had. She is courteous, down-to-earth, professional, highly communicative, and incredibly responsive.The entire team here is top-tier. David, the maintenance technician, is super responsive and professional. The cleaning lady has an incredible attention to detail, keeping the... building and floors spotless and smelling fresh.The property itself is fantastic. The in suite washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances and amenities—including the gym, community room, and yoga room—are a huge plus and convenient. I also loved the modern phone-accessible door system, which fits perfectly into the digital era. As for the location, the atmosphere is remarkably quiet despite being right across the street from the airport. The double-pane windows in the K building do a great job of dimming normal airplane noise. It was always cool seeing the fighter jets take off; they definitely rumble the surrounding buildings, but it's an awesome sight. Overall, a 10/10 experience. If I ever move back to Cleveland, I will absolutely stay at The Centaur again!

Amazing Place to Call Home!

We cannot say enough amazing this about the apartment, staff and fellow neighbors. We called The Centaur home between selling our house and having a new house built. The staff is so amazing, caring and incredibly quick to respond to any question. The building is so clean and quiet. They even do a great job with snow removal. The location can’t be beat with views of the airport and easy access to all major highways. 10/10 would recommend The Centaur!

Amazing !!

My wife and I lived at The Centaur for two years, and we truly had a wonderful experience. From the front office staff to the management team, everyone was consistently professional, friendly, and communicative. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, and we always felt valued as residents.

The welcoming atmosphere and level of care shown by the entire team made The Centaur feel like home. We are genuinely grateful for the positive experience we had during our time there...

Highly Recommend

My wife and I loved living at the Centaur and only moved because we got jobs out of state. The property manager really goes out of her way to make it a great place to live. Same goes to the cleaning and maintenance staff. They are responsive, effective, and above all friendly and you can tell they actually care about the residents. The apartments themselves are nice. Newly furnished and lots of natural light from the huge windows. They are also one of the few apartments with in unit washer and... dryer which was a huge plus. The building amenities are great too. The gym is nice and well maintained and there's a community room with ping pong and other table games you can use with neighbors or guests. The pool was a bit of a disappointment; it's pretty small and only a couple feet deep but they didn't really have a choice since the old NASA building has underground tunnels that limited the size. Still better than no pool and the hot tub is nice on chilly days! The owners sponsor community social events so you can get to know your neighbors. This is one of those places you actually get to know your neighbors because you want to! The location also stands out. The area is quiet and close to highways 480 and 71. Not too far from anywhere. There's a convenient shuttle to the airport through the next door Orbit Hotel. I loved having the Metro Parks in my backyard and would bike there frequently. I highly recommend the Centaur!

5-Star Experience

Property Manager absolutely incredible and is a huge asset to the building. Very responsive, attentive, and actually cares about the tenants. Same goes to the maintenance and cleaning teams. They do high quality work and are professional and friendly. New job took me out of state, or I would still be there.
