There are TVs in 3 bedrooms.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a flat fee of $125. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee.

Absolutely no parties are allowed. This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.
