Poor management
, my experience with on-site management has been consistently unprofessional. I was told by one staff member that I was approved to have a dog, then later told by the property manager that I was not — with no attempt to resolve the contradiction, just blame placed on me. The property manager has also stated she intends to enter my apartment and issue a violation notice, without providing the written notice required under Ohio law and my own lease. In our interactions, she has been dismissive and... short with me rather than working toward a solution.
I’ve documented these issues and reported them to the management company directly. If you’re touring this property, verify every amenity in person, get every approval in writing, and don’t assume anything you’re told verbally by staff will be honored later.
