Great place to live.
Office associates are very nice and always helpful.
Maintenance is great! They do a good job and they are always friendly when I see them on the grounds!

Loud neighbors, very unsafe, property vandalism more than 3 times not just me 33 cars in the apts, maintenance doesn’t fix anything correctly.

Decent place. You get what you paid for except for maintenance. If anything breaks, bite the bullet and fix it yourself or whatever with weeks to get a fix.
