Fairfax Apartments

This used to be a great company, but with the acquisition by Coastal, it's been a horrible issue with management. There are a lot of extra fees now, ridiculous increases in electricity costs (each resident has to pay for the "common" area electricity - it used to be divided fairly, now they charge you flat $80 per month), sewage fees, unresponsive management. They charge you $70 a month for "events" and then cancel the events and all the residents are left wondering where the money went. Many... residents have sent emails and gotten no clear responses. They consistently have staff available to assist with our needs and are attentive to our suggestions and ideas for the property. Their quality apartment, management team, and overall environment make it a great place to live.

Many times you have a great experience when you're sold a residence. Everyone is accommodating and helpful during the initial visit. But sometimes things shift when you move in, everything changes, and you see issues. Not so with Fairfax! The kindness, attention to detail, and over-the-top care for the community is something you will not find at any other property. I have lived in communities in many different quadrants of the city. I've lived in many different apartments while going through school. When I found out I matched at Ohio State Wexner, I started looking for places in Columbus. After touring at Fairfax, I knew it was the place I wanted to be. I renewed my lease early, and plan to be here the next couple years!

Fairfax Boutique is levels above any other community I’ve live at. From the amenities, the staff and the apartments, it’s really just at its finest! I can already tell that I am going to be living here for many years to come and I’m quite excited about that! Move Here! :)
