Poor management, extra fees
This used to be a great company, but with the acquisition by Coastal, it's been a horrible issue with management. There are a lot of extra fees now, ridiculous increases in electricity costs (each resident has to pay for the "common" area electricity - it used to be divided fairly, now they charge you flat $80 per month), sewage fees, unresponsive management. They charge you $70 a month for "events" and then cancel the events and all the residents are left wondering where the money went. Many... residents have sent emails and gotten no clear responses. I've never seen a more poorly managed complex or lack of transparent communication. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
