love it here

I’ve had such a great experience living at sycamore ! The community is quiet, well-kept, and the staff is always friendly and quick to respond. Maintenance is on point, and I love how close it is to everything. Highly recommend!

Love it here!

Sycamore house got entirely new staff July 2022, and ever since then it has been so much better. The trash is kept up with, they take care of the property, maintenance is great and the office staff is wonderful. This property is amazing and I love living here especially now!

DON’T LIVE HERE

I moved out of sycamorehouse in September, 2022 today is Thanksgiving, and I'm still waiting for them to refund my deposit, I'm pretty sure I got a cleaning company to clean the apartment before I moved out. I lived in here for 2.5 years while waiting for my new house to be build up and it was the worst rental experience I've ever had, noisy day and night, trash everywhere, unhelpful front desk...so disappointed, now I just hope I get my deposit soon!

Don’t fall for it

This apt complex is a joke. Management will tell you to move out if you have concerns. Pool is down a lot or just plain nasty.
