I’ve enjoyed my time here so far. The apartment is modern and clean, and the gated parking is convenient.
The new management is at another building but seems much more responsive than the old company. Walkable to Land Grant, Brewdog, Sweeneys, and others. If you’re looking for other amenities this isnt the place, but If you want live in this neighborhood to enjoy the neighborhood, this is your spot.

The apartments are very nice but it’s very hard to get in contact with a property manager because they don’t have an office onsite & also the utilities are astronomical. They go through a company called Pioneer Energy Management for all utilities and feel free to do your research on them and look at the reviews before you sign a lease. Other than that i would say the property is pretty nice.

Sebrena was extremely responsive during the leasing process. She answered all my questions in a timely manor. I viewed the apartment on a Friday and had the keys by Monday. Overall it was an extremely smooth leasing experience.
