RAUNCHY

PLEASE do not rent these trashy apartments. There is mold in our furnace closet. Linda, the lovely property manager, is extremely unprofessional, openly rude & needs training on how to do her job. I work in this industry and it absolutely baffles me the way she handles things.

As reference, Georgetown of The Falls does not have furnace closets, perhaps this person has us confused with another Property. All maint issues are properly handled at Georgetown of The Falls.
