An overall fantastic place to live.

The Greene is an amazing place to live.i loved here two years ago and have lived in two different unit styles. Each has been a great layout that has modern touches and great views. The maintenance services are incredibly fast and always solve the very few issues we have had very fast (within a day). The security team is always monitoring the entire Greene shopping center day and night so it’s very safe year round. The ability to walk to the shops/bars/coffee shops and restaurants makes it so... easy to enjoy and then walk home. The location is close to grocery and short drives (5-13mins) to other popular areas in town such as downtown, the universities in town and centerville/kettering. Overall a great place.

During covid management went down hill. Now Management is wonderful and very attentive to our needs. The Greene is coming back!!!
