Great place to live

Had a couple of maintenance issues pop up. Put the work order in, non-emergency, and someone was here to take care of it in a day or so. Extremely courteous staff, knowledgeable, gets the job done. I've lived here for approximately 8 months, and I've been extremely happy with how much the staff, (both office and maintenance) work with the tenants, how well the grounds are maintained, the whole experience has been great. Highly recommend.

Staff.

As always Dan always does excellent job with any work order. Very friendly and timely. He fixed the ac unit. He always remembers to put foot coverings whenever he comes. We appreciate it very much having young kids. We enjoy living here because of how the staff take care of the residents and their issues.

Great Location

We have lived here for over 6 years and have never had a problem. Sure things break or wear out, but they have always been on it. They have been respectful, trustworthy and reliable. The communication is excellent. We enjoy living here and you would too.

Living at Thirty43

Living at Thirty43 by the Greene has its perks. I live in the apartments facing County Line Rd where all the construction is so its harder to get out and in but other than that the amenity's are a big plus. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who asked :)
