Need a better process for trash in. More compactors on each side of apartment complex. Patio is concrete. Crumbles and tracks inside; barefoot is undesirable. Consider epoxy or flooring. Jordan is great tho, communicates well and is easy to work with.

Everything is great so far in my new place. All maintenance request are done so fast and they are very helpful. Quiet community and feel safe to walk my pup.

I have enjoyed living at Waterford for 4 years now. It’s is close to shopping and restaurants. A quiet quaint little neighborhood. The staff have all been great to work with.

Staff is nice and attentive, the complex is maintained well overall, and we love our apartment (especially how safe and quiet it usually is). One concern this year has been the valet service which we didn’t sign up for but get charged for monthly though it often does not occur has expected. Would’ve preferred to opt out and not pay the additional charge. Especially since the trash often piles up at the compactor with or without the valet service

So far move in was a breeze and was so easy! Love all of the amenities, open floor plans and modern units! The private entrances are a really nice addition that I didn't think was that important to me but no I don't wanna live without it!
