Waterford at Sugarcreek

I lived at Waterford at Sugarcreek for about four months, and overall, my experience is very positive. One of the standout features of this community is how quiet it is. Noise is never an issue during my time there, which made it a really comfortable place to relax and unwind after a long day.

Area is great to live in, and apartment spaces are nice. Walls, floors, and ceilings are very thin, so noise is very consistent. Parking lots aren’t assigned unit numbers, so if you get back at a bad time, get ready to walk.

Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. I asked if they would be able to work around my work schedule during renovations and they did it without any issue.

It's been great living here and being a part of this community. All of the amenities are well kept and easily accessible. There are many community events to be a part of each month.

Community is quiet, mostly well-maintained. Parking is rough due to not enough spaces to allow for consistently parking close to your building. Maintenance is responsive and friendly. Staff do a good job at planning events to encourage community building.
