Waterford is such a great place to live! Any issues, which are far and few between, are fixed almost the same day!

I had a great move in experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything has gone smoothly so far. The unit is in great shape, the area is quiet and peaceful, the amenities are excellent.

Hey! Skylar does a wonderful job showing you around the community and telling you about all the features and benefits that Thee Waterford has to offer. She gets everything done checklist and paperwork wise in a timely and efficient manner. Very professional and tries to be Honest! :) I have to be honest the only thing I would change so far is the fact that they have all the unsightly electric meters like 15 upfront placed on the front of the building. When it should be in the back hidden by... bushes. Also other thing the fact that they put the spectrum internet box/connection in the sleeping courters which is rare and unheard of.
