Trash & Rodent Issues
Trash still overflowing consistently and attracts all kinds of rodents. Bags get ripped open across the grounds. The flies are horrendous.

Unpleasant Experience
My time here was unpleasant. It took very long to have maintenance jobs completed, one took over 4 months.

Well ran community
Overall I would give a very good rating for this community. The main reason for this rating is Karen, the property manager, and her team. They are extremely helpful and on top of things. I have never waited for a long response if I have had a work order.
The community is nice, quiet, and clean. Do you have granite and stainless steel which you would expect for the price point, no. But the units are nice, good carpeting, and energy efficient.
Things outside of the property manager’s control... that fall upon the company ownership:
The community could use a bit of a refresher. The pale yellow and hunter green combination is reminiscent of the 80s and 90s and looks dated compared to newer communities that are staying up with the times.
The parking lot isn’t too bad yet but will need replaced in the next year based upon the rent price point of the community.
Overall this is a great community to look at and the location can’t be beat.
