leasing office neglects tenant complaints
The community is poorly managed, with four or five different iterations of the leasing office in a short time. The property manager is consistently rude, dishonest, and dismissive—always acting too busy to engage with tenants. While efforts are made to attract new residents, there is no genuine attempt to make them feel welcome once they move in.
The property itself is uninviting. Concerns are ignored, communication is nonexistent, and accurate information is never provided. For a newer... community, the standards here are shockingly low.
