Your office staff staff needs teplaced My stay at redwood was bookended by your office manager I believe her name is sharyann call ing my girlfriend and saying I threatened her. First off, I in no way threatened her I invite you to listen to the recording. She immediately passed me off to the other office worker I believe his name.is Logan, I barely spoke to her. For her to then call my girlfriend and say I threatened her and she was worried for her safety is wildly unprofessional. This... alone, seeing the type of people you hire for your public and administrative face, is enough to stop me from ever.renting from you again.
Unfortunately, the property itself was also an issue. I'm not sure how many maint request we filed, but way to many and for the same problem over.and.over. After 2 or 3 repairs on the toilet that wouldn't flush, I started fixing it myself to avoid the inconvenience. Same deal with the master bath faucet and garage and front door seal and my front door lock, which remained unlocked except for my own chain all night several times. If you fix something once and it breaks again, it needs replaced and the problem fixed, not bandaid after bandaid. These are the reasons I wouldn't stay there again, but the main reason is the front desk staff sharyann. If possible I would like this to go to corporate to be sure she doesn't do this again. Parking was a big problem for me. That was one of the reasons I move. It started the very first day I arrived. Had to call Elyria police to get out of driveway.
