No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning, but smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 fee will be charged for late checkout without prior notice. Guests are reminded to remove their shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. Charcoal grills require guests to bring their own charcoal.
