One out of 10 I don’t recommend. From the maintenance to the leasing office. It’s poor. It’s bugs. The stairwells are always dirty. I’ve seen dog poop and pee on the stairwells for weeks. The hallways are always dirty. Anyone can enter and exit the building because the main entrance doors are always broken so it’s no point of you even having a key fob. The maintenance is terrible. They say they will come and fix something and then they never return and if you call about it, they’ll have a... attitude and most of the leasing office people live here so it’s kind of strange that they are not understandable because I’m pretty sure they have the same problems in their homes as well. Oh let me not forget about the lower level stairwell, being disgusting and at the bottom a pool of indescribable, water or fluid or just plain old, nasty waste, making the stairwell reek of mold. Both buildings are terrible. I won’t be renewing my lease and truth be told I might just break my lease because I cannot deal with this. It’s ridiculous and the health department will shut this thing down in two seconds if they came and saw what was in this building.

there was a fire in the laundry room east side over a year ago still waiting for repairs, if you ask about it they get mad. large dogs on property very dirty, I lived here five years in all that time they vacuum my floor one time. I love my apartment inside but you can't stay inside all the time.

I have lived in Vista for a year. The staff is rude and disrespectful. They will enter your apartment without your knowledge and threaten eviction if you question them about anything. They will raise your rent without properly fixing anything in the apartment. Also lies about rent increases. DON'T LIVE HERE

I visited this place today. The outside is very dirty and rundown. When I got there, two cop cars pulled up to the entrance. When I walked in the entrance, there was a wanted poster for someone. I just decided from there to not even take the tour.
