How Is This Rating Determined?

Quiet community, getting alot of updates

Just moved in, the apartments are older, bust set up very nice. the new company Morgan has done a ton of work to the properties since 04/01. Landscape, painting, power washing, new door lock, new appliances, community grill and dog play area. The office manager Indyah, is very understanding of the difficulties of moving, and is such a pleasure to work with.

Uninhabitable unit

The unit we rented out was uninhabitable due to a previous tenant's pet situation, and we ended up breaking the lease. It was a waste of time, money, and stress.
