You get What you pay For!
Cheap rent, but you definitely get what you pay for. The units are extremely outdated, with peeling wallpaper from what looks like the 1970s, and the advertised photos do NOT reflect what many of the units actually look like.
When things break, don’t expect them to be replaced. Storm door breaks? They remove it. Garbage disposal breaks? They remove that too.
Management is the biggest problem. The office is frequently closed, staff turnover is constant, and getting anyone to respond is nearly... impossible. It got so bad that I had to file a Better Business Bureau complaint just to get attention.
Before signing a lease, tour the EXACT unit you’ll be renting. Do not rely on the pictures.
