Imperial House Apartments

We fell in love with the view from our northeast apartment. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath is very spacious. There is a great water view from every window.
Management has gone overboard to be kind and helpful. Any maintenance we have needed has been handled quickly and to our satisfaction. Holly and Margaret have created a strong community atmosphere where we feel welcome and valued.

I’ve lived at the Imperial House for four years, and it truly feels like a vertical neighborhood. There are monthly events that make it easy to meet people and build a sense of community. The management team is incredibly responsive and always handles emergencies quickly and professionally. This is by far my favorite place I’ve ever lived.

The building is fine enough, floods regularly and you're lucky of they get to it within a few weeks. The whole building reeks of cigarettes and they don't enforce parking regulations. They nearly doubled laundry fees recently with no notice.

We lived on the 12th floor end unit facing downtown. Best view in town from private balcony(s) overlooking Lake Erie. The staff on-site very helpful and take time to celebrate events throughout the year. It’s with mixed emotions we are relocating to anther community with a change in employer.

We love living here. We've been here for 4years. The staff is AMAZING. The management company fixes or replaces just about everything (from the pool to the elevators). NO BUGS- THANK GOODNESS! Killer views, huge balconies and a carwash! Also, you never hear your neighbors which is a huge plus.
