Love it here!

We have been staying here almost six months and I must say that this is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. I find the pricing on these apartments absolutely within reason. Before moving to these apartments we searched every where from bellafontaine, Delaware, Dublin and everywhere in between and these are deff the better option for pricing. You have plenty of space in the townhomes and they are located in a great area I couldn't have picked a better place to live. The office... staff is super friendly and very helpful and the maintenance staff are great. Anytime I needed assistance such as with a washer or dryer they were there within a couple hours to resolve the issue. I deff recommend this community to anyone.

Very good, but a bit over priced

We have been living here since past one year... as one reviewer said, the maintenance is pretty good and quick...the society premises are very well maintained.
But the price is a bit high...you will be paying 100 bucks more than the average price...

Over Priced

These apartments are nice but are way Over priced !! You are paying for living in Green Pastures !! The maintenance man is fast at repairing anything. Other than that its nothing special. We can't wait to move !!
