Don’t rent here
I currently live here and wish I didn’t. My AC is not functioning properly and my upstairs is 80 degrees for almost a week now. I was told to close the downstairs vents so it would push more cold air up, but all that did was have my AC blasting all day to no avail because the temp upstairs didn’t change. Gas and electric already costs me $300 a month. Management was replaced a few months ago and it still takes months and multiple requests to get anything done. Seems they are understaffed, which... is not a reflection of the staff, but of Rookwood properties
