The Flats

This is my first time ever writing a review, but i do not want people to fall victim to this place.
My room mate and my self thought this would be a nice place to live in a nice area , however there is a lot of criminal activity at this place.
My room mate and his friend who also lives in the flats both had there car stole along with two other people right out of the parking garage. The garage was broken prior to this which made the entry into the building effortless. When the insurance... company called the management at the flats to get the camera footage they were not cooperative. The garage is still broken to this day. I called the manager Taylor to ask for her bosses phone number or email so i could express my safety concerns. She refused to give me that information and said i could email her and she would forward it to her boss. Needless to say i sleep with one open now ,because if they broke into the garage who is to say our apartments are next considering they have access to our apartments from the broken garage.
Other issues are sanitation dumpsters overflowing and trash everywhere. The smell of weed through the halls are overwhelming. I have expressed all these concerns with management , but they are non responsive. So please save yourself the heart ache of renting here and protect yourselves Read More

Been living here for about 6 months now, beautiful environment, great staff, amazing neighbors!!

We really enjoy living here! The staff, the location and the amenities (to name a few) are great! They are always have fun events, raffles for great prizes and promotions. It really is a great place to live…. Only draw back is my dog is getting fatter because the staff loves to give her treats lol.

Protect your wallet and make sure you get everything in writing!!
They never once mentioned anything about restricted dog breeds until after we paid all of our application fees. Since we didn’t get everything in writing they won’t refund the majority of the fees back claiming they “never forget” to mention it. We would not have applied if they had mentioned we couldn’t have our dog. After requesting our fees back they have been very unprofessional and unresponsive.

The apartments are beautiful! They are all updated and so big. The pool has tv's, a theater room, and an amazing fitness center. What attracted me the most to the apartment was how nice Rachel was. When she was showing us around the residents knew her by name and she asked everyone how they were doing. Would definitely recommend The Flats to anyone looking for an apartment.
