Love living here

These are clean well-maintained apartments. The office manager and maintenance man are both great. They both go above and beyond for the residence. Anytime I have put in a work order. They get right on it. Laundry room is always kept nice. I have always enjoyed living here.

The worst place to live do not move in here

Bug-infested dilapidated mold rotting. Do not move into this place you would regret it. When I lived here I had ants crawling across my food every night it's rotting inside it smells it stinks every part of it is falling apart it was built in 1972 and has not ever been upgraded do not move in

Move on. Keep looking

Maintenance zero. Management zero. Unhappy ten. I suggest you ask residents that you choose not Hawthorne. Also DEMAND to check EVERYTHING IN APARTMENT you're inquiring about. DO NOT GO NY THE MODEL. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. JUST LOOK AROUND

Dump!

Potholes everywhere. Minimal handicapped parking. Mailboxes have doors missing and do not lock. Laundry room has broken machines and dirty. Maintenance is awful to respond if that. This is just outside!
