We have asked repeatedly to have three different issues repaired and no luck. The most pressing issue is the ceiling in our downstairs apartment is drooping due to an upstairs leak. We reported this well over a year and there has been no action. Extremely disappointing.

I think Greensview Apartments are the lowest monthly rental rate of any apartment complex in the major Columbus suburbs. It is very close to restaurants and grocery stores.

For the price, this apartment should be updated. The price keeps going up every year and maintenance is awful and never fixes the problem on time or the first time. The management had the parking lots re-sealed and my neighbor has a brand new Honda Civic that's white and they splattered seal all over her new car. She had to get a lawyer for the apartment to take responsibility to get a new paint job paid for. I wouldn't recommend this to people who have had an apartment. First timers just out of... college, it's decent and the location in on point but again, the price is too high for the lack of quality.
