Chandler Commons Apartments

The communication here is horrible. I have children and moved into an apartment with multiple issues, including the A/C not working, and it felt like management had no sense of urgency whatsoever. I had to constantly email, call, follow up, and basically chase people for answers.

What makes it worse is being told things that did not match what actually happened. I was given timeframes for things that didn’t happen, told the apartment had been cleaned when the condition I walked into said... otherwise, and even my account ledger had things on it that I had to question.

Reaching out to corporate wasn’t any better. I sent emails explaining everything I was dealing with and asking for help, and still couldn’t get a real resolution.

When you have a family, you expect the place you’re paying to live to actually care when something is wrong. That has NOT been my experience here.

Overall, I have had a great experience moving in. I love the style of the apartment. Everyone in the office was very welcoming, and Tashoni was very helpful, responsive, and very understanding throughout my whole application process

I moved my family in 3 years ago and since then we had to deal with ants wasps roaches and mice. I didn't save any to move out because our family was in a financial bind. This experience at Chandler made me get my life together. I have spent the last 13 months saving and repairing my credit. Once My lease is up i will move my family into a house. Did I mention the all the drug dealers playing loud music in their cars late at night?
