Wrens Trail Garden Apartments

The apartments are OK. There are some questionable rental practices of the management which is why I am taking the time to write this review. I wondered if anyone else has experienced this? Very subjective application process The owner is the property manager and on site maintenance man. Which is ok if you don't mind delayed responses to your questions. And by delayed I mean sometimes he just doesn't answer your calls. I called from a phone with a different area code that he didn't... recognized and he answered on the first ring. I asked him the status of my sons application and he told me he "liked" another applicate better. Really than why did you take a deposit from him? Not sure what I am missing here but it's all good give back the deposit and we can all go are separate ways. Read More
