How Is This Rating Determined?

Charge additional fees with no visible progress

I have been living here for over 3 years. I understand the rent raise however some of the itemized fees don't show any justifiable cause. Also during winter parking lot maintenance is hit or miss. The office would announce means to clear the parking lot and ways to enforce one year then not follow through the next year. Then leaves us to a messy parking lot.

Great place to live

Everyone there is friendly, the apartments are nice from what I seen, not over priced at all and I highly recommend them.
