How Is This Rating Determined?

Too noisy

The living is absolutely beautiful and the location is convenient but they are not worth the price for the noise and there are no solutions to rectify the noise. You hear footsteps above, the gym below, all the noise from your neighbors and they are also not pet free. If you are looking for a quiet place to live, don’t move here!

Wonderful on Paper, Okay in Reality

The building has many high-end amenities that one might find in larger downtown cities, but living at the lofts is an acquired taste that fails to be suitable for most. The lofts have nice finishes and appliances, however the sole elevator is extremely pokey; the trash room is always overflowing ?? and you will hear the gym below you and other residents above you (at all hours). The package concierge system is rarely utilized for deliveries, and the available parking options all require quite a... bit of walking, so think about that for groceries, etc. — given you’ll still be going out to the suburbs for most purchases. The property feels not-yet-ready for prime time.
