Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. A $250 fine applies for hot tub cleanliness issues. Guests are required to shower before entering the hot tub. No food or drink, glass, or pets are allowed in the hot tub. Always cover the hot tub after use. Do not turn off the hot tub; only turn off the jets. The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use. Do not add any chemicals without approval. Shoes should be removed indoors. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
