unprofessional

I have lived there for a year. Location is great but unprofessional staff. They tell you info then change it next day after you plan accordingly. Also, poor problem handling!

Quiet and friendly

We have lived here a year and the staff here is excellent. Maintenance is taken care of the same day even when reported late. Fellow residents are friendly and helpful. Best apartment experience ever!

Love it

I have been living at Kenyon Square for five years, and I have been very happy with it. I feel safe because of the interior doors (with a fob needed to access the building after hours). It is more affordable than any of the comparably nice complexes in the area. It is well-maintained, and everyone that works there is very friendly. They sometimes have programming in the common areas where you can meet your neighbors and get some free food. Overall, I am happy to be here and will be sad when I... move out.

Maintenance is AWESOME

I seriously thought I broke my garbage disposal. I have no idea what got down it, but I thought it was going to be a big issue. I put in a request to fix my garbage disposal at like 10pm at night and they fixed it the next day while I was at work. Not only did they fix it, but they left me a twix candy bar as well. They 'twixed it.' Very fast and reliable maintenance staff!!!

Kenyon Square Management Team

Haven't moved in yet, but Alexandra and Hannah have provided GREAT customer service. They are knowledgeable, patient and always upbeat, no matter how many questions we ask or requests we make! The location is a major selling point, along with amenities and maintenance of common areas.
