All communication must be through the platform; contacting neighbors or the landlord will result in immediate termination of the reservation. A $500 fine will be issued for lease violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or trash issues. You may encounter bugs in the home due to the climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. If you have trouble accessing or finding the unit, please call for assistance regardless of time. If you check in past 11pm CST and cannot access the unit or contact us, no refunds will be given if you cancel. Maintenance requests are dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced; throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having unreported extra guests will result in a $250 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; each additional bag is a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. Tampering with the smoke/noise detector will result in a $150 fine. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided; guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond the initial supply. Guests of mid/long-term stays are responsible for moving the trash can for trash day. Linens and towels are freshly laundered between visits.
