Free parking is available directly on the driveway in front of the unit, with enough space for 1-2 small/mid-sized vehicles back to back. Please do not park in front of garage doors or on the street. A maximum of 3 cars are allowed. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries, including soap, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper will be provided.

Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. Early check-ins at 2pm are available for a $20 fee and must be approved by the host. Late checkouts must be approved by the management team; staying past 10am without approval will result in a charge for the next night's stay. A requested late 1pm checkout is $25 the day before, or $35 on the day of checkout. Guests are required to fill out a guest sign-in form, including uploading a government-issued ID, as a screening process. Do not communicate with neighbors or the landlord; all communication must be through the platform. There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy, and any gathering with extra guests not reported in the initial booking will result in a $250 fine. Smoking is prohibited, and tampering with the smoke/noise detector will result in a $150 fine. Pets are not allowed, and a violation will incur a $200 fine unless they are a service animal. If a key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. An unreasonable mess post-checkout will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; each additional bag is a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. Due to Oklahoma's climate, bugs may be present in the home, and no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Maintenance requests are dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Freshly laundered linens and towels are provided between guest visits.
