Parking is limited to the driveway and street in front of the house, with a maximum of 3 cars. Mail/packages are not allowed to be delivered to this location. There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy, with a $250 fine for violations. Smoking is prohibited, and tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $150 fine. A $500 fine will be issued for lease violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or trash issues. Bugs may be present in the home due to the climate, and no refunds are given if bugs are seen. A $200 fine applies for pets, unless they are service animals. Lost or damaged keys will incur a $35 fee. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes. Each bag of trash over the allowed two bags per stay will incur a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries are provided, and guests are responsible for acquiring more if needed. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can for trash day. Linens and towels are freshly laundered between guest visits.
