727 Lofts is the best place to reside in the Tulsa metro area. The management folks (Alyssa & Tarah) are AWESOME! 727 Lofts is a modern, pet-friendly, and well-maintained residential building that offers covered parking, access controls doors, and package delivery lockers. The location is perfect - walking distance to riverside trail, restaurants, coffee, and downtown Jenks shops.

The apartment itself is great, however, there is not any insulation between the floors. You hear people walking above you and you can easily hear the noises in the hallway. If your neighbors get up early, you will hear them. The apartments are spacious but the closets are very small. The location and the parking garage are a plus.

Alexus was a great help getting us into our apartment quickly. The property Management company just took over and there were some minor issues that Alexus handled quickly. Apartment has a lot of space and is in a very quiet location.

This past Thursday I went to 727 lofts in hopes of signing a lease on a studio, that I had previously viewed. However, the office staff was rude and in all honestly was the reason why I decided to live elsewhere. If the staff isn’t friendly when signing up, I can only imagine how they handle issues. The apartments are nice but it’s hard to justify $200 plus more for the minimal amenities offered.
