Honest review

FAMILIES BEWARE!!!!! Their security patrol is bogus, they lie and say somebody will come out for a noise complaint etc. and they don’t or he’ll come hours later after you’ve called multiple times. Homeless people are constantly walking through the parking lot and digging in the trash cans and nothing is done about that. People drive through the parking lot blasting music or just sit in their car blasting music and the manger basically said nothing can be done. The parking is a joke, there is... never anywhere to park, it’s overcrowded and the spaces are so close together people hit your car all the time! My new neighbors have my breezeway constantly smelling like weed, people don’t clean up after their dogs, I could go on and on and on.
Corporate Issues
I should have listened to the many people that told me not to move into a Case and Associates property, they don’t care about their tenants at all!! It’s impossible to get in touch with corporate, you have to leave a voicemail and hope someone will get back with you or send them an email using only 250 CHARACTERS WHICH IS RIDICULOUS!! With all that I have had to deal with I had a $20.00 rent increase!!! I was unable to move when my lease was up so unfortunately I’m still stuck here. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!!!

It was okay

Apartment interior is okay. Location is good, and on-site maintenance is quick. Being a ungated community in shepherd district, you will see some sketchy characters every once in a whie. Packages are often being stolen. Management was not being reasonable by raising rental rates for old customers and wouldn't let you how much new rate is until the notice day, which is frustrating.
