They will change the lease agreement after you sign a lease from all bills paid to where you have to pay utilities read the lease agreement they can and Have done this. The apartments are infested with roaches and several apartments have severe mold and mildew. If you pay in advance they will not refund you your money. They Do not have air-conditioning the coolant system is not sufficient and the heaters will heat up one wall but not the room 11-14-20

I have lived here for 5 years and in that time I have not been able to get as much taken care of as well as in a timely manner until Julissa came aboard just here recently. The pool has been closed for years. There hasn't been central heat or air conditioning since November 2016!

This has been the worst apartment experience ever- the air conditioning (part of the all bills paid) never could keep my apartment cooler than 85 degrees- sometimes warmer during the hottest part of summer. I had to add a window unit in the bedroom- but that would only cool the bedroom. The apartment would easily mold from the air from their cooling unit. Maintenance was HORRIBLE. You'd have to keep calling- and then be told, "We have apartments without working toilets, so your problem... isn't as serious." Entire complex went without hot water for four days over Thanksgiving, one year. Police at the complex weekly. People wandering around the parking lots at all hours of the night. AVOID THE PLACE.
