We have completed one lease term and have signed for another year. There was no question whether we would leave. Staff had kept us well updated with any information regarding our apartment and maintenance has done an excellent job of completing any work order.

The community overall is very quiet. Community is close to restaurants and shopping but still has amazing views of sunset and sunrise. Staff has been warm and welcoming. The dog park is very large, especially for an apartment community. I find the keyless locks convenient.

Just like the description, live here if you love wasps. I’ve been here 5 months and I’ve had to deal with wasps. 5 have gotten into my apartment on the third floor — regardless of where you go, they’re there. The pool, the entryway, everywhere. It’s so ridiculous. The gate doesn’t work half the time, the sink has rusted, the AC is extremely loud, my gate code doesn’t work half the time, so if I forget my key I’m not getting in. Moving out asap.

They advertise being keyless-entry as if that's more convenient than having a key. The truth is, it's worse not better. You still have to hold your electronic key up to the door, exactly the same as a standard lock. However, if you step out of your apartment to check the mail, grab a package, or meet a delivery driver, you better have your electronic key. Otherwise, you are automatically locked out of your apartment and they will charge $50 to have someone drive from 20 minutes away to let you... back in to your own home. It's ridiculous that forgetting to grab your key will cost you $50. I would rather have a standard lock. It's a rip-off for the apartment's convenience. Read More
