My mother and myself stay in the complex. We both love it. It's really peaceful. Office staff are really nice. We haven't had any issues . Going on on year being over there.

Office staff needs CSR training and needs more education about their property. Property is okay but not all "amenities" are well maintained, can get same cheap crap at a much cheaper place than this, rent does not match unit or property. Easily answered questions do not exist with the office staff, might as well go talk to a tree.

It takes two Maintenance guys to screw in a light bulb. You see them ride around all day together and wonder why your work order hasn’t been started.
You call the office they say they placed the work order but the maintenance guys say they never got it?? Bad communication between office & maintenance. In the summer this place is in trouble with AC if it takes two guys to fix!

From the leasing process to our signing, we were treated very good. All of the office staff made sure we were made feeling at home.
We felt safe our time here.
We retired and moved closer to our families, or we would have stayed here.

I have had problems since day one along with everyone else, they can’t kept anything working and could care less to fix things in a timely manner. They would rather send you an email closing the case just to look good on their end for they’re bosses. When really I had never received my washer and dryer yet. They have issues with the pool once a month and it goes closed for a full week. It’s not heated year around as asvertised. And they have a gym, that has all of its equipment outside instead... of indoor. Broken, with no timetable to be fixed. Now to the other stuff, sorrynits so long this place just needs to be called out for its lack of service, has gates broke and allows anyone and there mom to come in and car search or mess with peoples cars. No safety, and they also have more then half the storage garages rented out to a company. They do not reside there and for some reason work all day and all night making it really hard for the people in the back to get in or out. They literally have equipment in a whole set of storage garages and if you’re not lucky enuff to have a front apartment, well you have to deal with cars being parked with no parking spot and having to ask this company to please move they’re car EVERYDAY. Wouldn’t ask the manager about these problems as she will turn them on you and blame you for them. Also my apartment is as clean as can be, from what I’ve heard no one has received they’re deposit back. Which is concerning considering they probably just pocket the money and don’t have it come move out time... this is my fifth apartment and never would or have gave a rating under 4.
