Very Impressed

I want to specifically recognize Chasity, the Community Manager at The Arden Park. We ran into a maintenance situation this summer that was stressful, and she handled it with more professionalism and genuine care than I expected. She was responsive, followed through on every commitment she made, and never made us feel like we were just a ticket number.

What stood out most wasn’t just that she got things resolved — it was how she handled it. She communicated clearly, kept us in the loop, and... treated us like people throughout the whole process. That kind of attentiveness makes a real difference when something affects your daily life at home.

If you’re considering living here, know that the management team genuinely cares about their residents. We’re glad to call The Arden Park home.

Management is a disgrace

The website lies the gates don't work, the pools don't open, and your apartment will fall apart. They will double charge you for things and lie to you whenever you have an issue. Don't waste your money!

Great place to live. The employee are awesome. They do great job management the apartments and maintaining it.

Best apartment complex I've ever lived in

Everything about this property is great. The price, the location, the amenities. My favorite part of living here is the maintenance crew by far. They really go above and beyond. They always show up that day - usually within an hour and they go out of their way to make sure everything is in perfect working order. Would highly recommend to everyone!

New Tenant

I must say this is by far the best place I have lived. I recently moved here from another state and the ladies in the office M & M have made my transition so wonderful. The maintenance is great - no issues thus far. This is a great community and I’m happy to be a resident
