I have lived at the Links for a while now, and I have hated the last half of the year living here. Some new residents have moved in during that time, and they have been consistently extremely loud almost everyday/night. I only get like 4 hours of sleep a night due to them blasting their music during quiet hours, which is 10:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.
We have tried calling the front office about it multiple times during the times when they were loud (which was usually around 11 p.m.-2 a.m.), and they... said that they can't do anything about it when it says in the lease that residents have the right to enjoy the comfort of their homes in peace and quiet. We have also tried talking with the residents to address the noise issue, and they said they would stop. In the end though, they did not care and still played their music at unreasonable hours.
If you want a quiet and peaceful environment, then STAY AWAY FROM THE LINKS!!! YOU WILL NOT EVER GET GOOD QUALITY SLEEP!! THE STAFF AND THE RESIDENTS DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU HERE!!!!

I have been at the Links for almost a year now, and I have enjoyed my time here so far. The only inconvenient thing I'd say about this place is that it's kinda far away from everything, but it's a nice and quiet area for a reasonable price.

I should have read the reviewd before i signed a year lease. These 2 months have been horrible. I will most likely break my lease. The apartments are dated and not well maintained. They have a wood frame so the floor creaks LOUDLY with every step the upstairs neighbors take. Ths plaster on the wall and ceiling is peeling. Half the appliances are new and the other half need to be replaced. New stove and microwave but the fridge and washer and dryer need to be updated. There are broken down cars... in the parking lot. Maintenance came to my apartment for routine check and left my door unlocked when they left. The apartment was dirty when i moved in the only thing they replaced was the carpet. And theres so much more. The size of the apartment is great and the convenience to Broadway extension is the only good thing about this complex.

This place really is a joke when it comes to maintenance. ((See previous reviews)). They're not actual workers, they're just young guys in regular street clothes who come into your apartment and joke around like they're your friends. My A/C broke twice in the year and a half i lived here. Both times it took over 3 weeks to fix. Every time I called the front office they kept saying it'll just be a few more days. Or i was next on the list. Until another week would go by. They don't have actual A/C... people on site, they contract out to another company so they really don't know when that company is going to come until they are there (that was told to me by the manager). Don't let them trick you into paying more for the golf course view, for more than half of the people facing the golf course, your apartment will be directly in the sun all day so your electric bill will be through the roof trying to keep it cool. When my A/C was broke it got up to 85 in my apartment during the day. My dryer would only dry a load of laundry if you ran it 3x. When I asked them they said to make sure and clean out the lent trap and try to dry smaller loads. The dishwasher would fill up with water in the bottom of it and never drain. All they said was to rinse my dishes better (which I tried running with no dishes in it so I know nothing was clogging it, they just didn't know how to fix it.) The walls are super thin. For the first half of my stay I had great quiet neighbors... then I got new neighbors who played music all the time and I could feel it shaking my floor, I could hear their conversations. It's not worth the money trust me!
